Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Precision Broadcast Engineering LLC website or using GEN-B, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or GEN-B.

These documents are provided for informational and operational purposes related to GEN-B and Precision Broadcast Engineering LLC.

GEN-B Purpose

GEN-B is intended for professional broadcast testing, engineering support, signal verification, troubleshooting, reference playback, HDMI output checks, and related technical workflows.

Users are responsible for proper use of GEN-B in their own technical environment, including validating compatibility with their iPhone model, iOS version, adapter, display, converter, routing chain, and operating conditions.

Professional Use and Limitations

GEN-B is a support and reference tool. It does not guarantee replacement of certified measurement equipment, manufacturer calibration tools, waveform monitors, vectorscopes, signal analyzers, or official engineering procedures.

Critical broadcast systems should be verified using approved engineering procedures and appropriate professional equipment.

Intellectual Property

GEN-B, Precision Broadcast Engineering, PBE logos, app graphics, app design, test patterns, videos, documentation, product descriptions, website content, interface designs, and related materials are owned by Precision Broadcast Engineering LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, resell, or commercially exploit these materials without written permission from Precision Broadcast Engineering LLC.

Limited License

Subject to these terms and any applicable App Store terms, users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use GEN-B for lawful purposes.

Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, misuse, interfere with, or attempt to extract protected app content, source code, assets, or proprietary materials.

App Store Terms

Downloads, purchases, subscriptions, updates, refunds, and device availability may also be governed by Apple App Store terms and platform rules.

Apple, iPhone, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Broadcast Engineering LLC is not responsible for operational losses, downtime, lost revenue, signal interruption, equipment damage, data loss, misconfiguration, or decisions made solely based on GEN-B outputs.

Users remain responsible for engineering judgment, workflow validation, and confirming results with appropriate tools and procedures.
