What Support Covers

Support covers GEN-B app questions, app behavior, troubleshooting, HDMI output questions, device compatibility questions, and bug reports.

PBE will make reasonable efforts to help users understand app behavior, identify possible configuration issues, and collect useful details for app improvement.

What to Include

When contacting support, users should include iPhone model, iOS version, GEN-B app version, HDMI adapter, display or converter model, a description of the issue, steps to reproduce the issue, and screenshots or photos if available.

Clear details help the support team understand the signal path, reproduce behavior when possible, and provide more useful guidance.

Response Times

Precision Broadcast Engineering LLC will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests, but response times are not guaranteed.

Support availability may vary based on workload, request complexity, business schedule, and whether separate professional service arrangements are in place.

Support Limitations

Support does not include on-site service unless separately arranged. Support also does not include certified calibration, repair of third-party equipment, responsibility for external hardware, or guaranteed resolution of issues caused by adapters, displays, converters, cables, operating system behavior, or third-party systems.

Emergency broadcast support may be available only under separate professional service arrangements with Precision Broadcast Engineering LLC.
